The Considered Individual
One-to-one coaching for professionals in regulated, high-accountability roles, navigating the space between what the role demands and what you actually want.
Before you decide.
What is coaching?
A structured, confidential space to think clearly about a decision, a transition, or a pattern that's harder to see from inside it.
Coaching isn't advice or therapy.
My job is to hold the process, ask the right questions, and reflect back what I notice. What we do with that is yours to direct.
How many sessions?
People carrying real professional weight, clinicians, regulators, public servants, and others in roles where judgement calls matter and mistakes are costly, who want space to think honestly about where they are and where they're headed. It works best for people ready to take an active hand in their own progress, not looking to be told what to do.
What brings people to coaching?
Often it's a decision that won't resolve itself: a career change, a return to work after a break, a role that no longer fits the way it used to. Sometimes it's less specific than that, a sense of having drifted from your own judgement, or of carrying more than you're able to name clearly. This is the kind of thing that's yours to carry, not a shared problem, and most people arrive somewhere between knowing something needs to shift and not yet knowing what.

What does it cost?
155 euros per session, or 600 euros for a block of four, paid upfront. Billed as we go if you're paying per session.
What happens between sessions?
Coaching asks something of you outside the room too. You might sit with a question, or simply not rush to fix something straight away. There's no homework as such, but the work depends on you staying engaged with it between sessions, not just showing up to them.
Who is it for?
How do I get started?
We begin with a short, no-obligation conversation, not a coaching session itself, just a chance to talk through what's bringing you to coaching now and check that it's the right fit before we commit to anything.
Sessions run online or in person
What stays private?
Everything in the room stays there. The only exception would be a genuine safeguarding concern, and I'd always tell you if that arose before acting on it. Session notes are brief, and never shared without your consent.
What if this isn't the right space for what I need?
Sometimes coaching surfaces something that needs a different kind of support, a mental health concern, a medical question, something outside what coaching can hold. If that happens, I'll say so, and help you find the right person rather than continuing to work with something I'm not the right fit for.
